What You’ll Need

2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 cup red onions
2 cups cut up Granny Smith apples
1/2 cup almonds chopped
1 cup vegenaise ( or more if you want it creamier)
2tbsp lemon juice
5 drops stevia
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and stir until all mixed well.
